Customer Churn Analysis Dashboard

The Customer Churn Analysis Dashboard is an interactive tool designed to provide deep insights into customer behavior and identify key factors driving customer churn. By leveraging comprehensive customer metrics, billing details, and subscription patterns, this dashboard empowers data-driven decision-making aimed at reducing churn rates and enhancing customer retention strategies.

The dashboard identified 1,869 churned customers and analyzed the monthly and yearly charges, revealing $139.13K in monthly revenue and $2.86M in yearly revenue. It was discovered that 74.91% of customers opt for paperless billing, with electronic checks being the most common payment method, followed by mailed checks, bank transfers, and credit card payments. The analysis also showed that around 50% of customers have been subscribed for less than a year.

Furthermore, the customer demographics revealed that 17% are dependents, 25% are senior citizens, and 36% have partners, with a nearly equal gender distribution (Male: 49.76%, Female: 50.24%). The distribution of contract types showed that month-to-month contracts make up 88.55% of the total. Additionally, the adoption rates for additional services were highlighted: 91% for phone service, 44% for streaming TV and movies, and around 30% combined for device protection, online backup, and tech support.
