This dashboard provides an in-depth analysis of employee demographics, performance, and distribution within Pharma Group AG. It encompasses various metrics such as age distribution, gender-based hiring, performance levels, time to promotion, job roles, regional distribution, and average ratings.

The distribution of employees across different age groups reveals that the majority are in the 20-29 and 30-39 age groups, while the 16-19 and 60-69 age groups are underrepresented. Regarding gender distribution among recent hires, it is observed that 41% of hires are female, and 59% are male. Analyzing the number of employees in each age group by gender shows that the 20-29 age group has the highest number of employees, with 120 females and 103 males. Performance levels, compared by gender, display fairly similar patterns, though slight variations exist in percentages. When examining the average time before promotion for different job levels, it is found that females tend to be promoted faster than males across most levels, such as at the Executive level, where females are promoted in an average of 1.86 years compared to 3.00 years for males. The gender distribution among hires in different job roles indicates that Junior Officers have the highest number of hires, with 109 females and 95 males. This is reflected in the overall gender distribution across job roles, which shows a fairly balanced ratio, although there are minor variations. From a regional perspective, employee distribution is predominantly centered in Europe (44.60%) and Switzerland (52.00%), with other regions having minimal representation (2.40%). Lastly, average performance ratings for males and females are nearly identical, with females at 2.42 and males at 2.41.
